Far from being just a health seminar, this is a total immersion in the wonders of Mediterranean living. We also have a range of wonderful speakers and entertainers ready to welcome you into the Greek community. In true Mediterranean style, we offer plenty of fun! If you are a young Greek or Mediterranean, it’s a great opportunity to reignite your heritage and revisit the simple, traditional diet of your grandparents, now recognised as the optimal way of eating for disease prevention and longevity.
